Mixed Salad
A freshly prepared mixture of distinctively flavored leaves, including green oak leaves, a crisp head lettuce with an excellent dense, crunchy texture and a pale green color.
All selected vegetables come from selected hydroponic farms in Laos and Thailand with 'Good Agricultural Practice' (GAP) certification.
All vegetables are well sorted, trimmed, and washed in water treated with of 3% hydrogen peroxide or sodium bicarbonate solution to kill pathogens and chemical residues, then rinsed with drinking water to avoid any residues.
Before packing, they are spin-dried using a salad spinner.
A combination vegetables in our package are sliced carrots, cabbages, cherry tomatoes, corn, picked olives crouton and sliced onions This package it will keep the salad fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge.
Our ready-to-eat mixed salad is delicious and convenient as it comes with various kinds of homemade dressing which are yogurt, vinaigrette, pesto, sesame and soy dressing in a small sealed plastic bag. All the main ingredients for the dressing such as honey, yogurt and sour cream are our own Xao Ban products.
